深圳市筑道建筑工程设计有限公司，总部位于深圳市华侨城创意产业园区，成立于1994年，其前身为深圳桑达集团总公司下属设计院。2006年完成改制重组。 2009年获得建筑行业（建筑工程）甲级资质。2011年获得风景园林工程设计专项乙级资质。2012年获得城乡规划编制设计专项乙级资质。
经过多年不懈的努力和发展，公司已经成长为一家由一批资深建筑师、海外归国建筑师组成的精英设计机构。公司目前总人数有380人，其中：国家一级注册建筑师有16名；国家二级注册建筑师有5名；国家一级注册结构师有14名；国家二级注册结构师有1名；国家注册电气工程师（供配电）有2名；国家注册公共设备工程师（给排水）有2名；国家注册公共设备工程师（暧通）有1名。高级职称有40人；中级职称有38；初级职称有26人。
在过去的十多年发展中，公司项目覆盖了华东、华南、西北、西南、中部地区，尤其重视在公司本部的珠三角、经济发达的长三角、江浙一带地区以及新兴的西部和天津地区，目前已经在武汉、成都、天津、安徽、西安、湖南、青岛、福州、乌鲁木齐等十多省会级城市设有分部和联营机构。
